The Little Smokehouse nestles in a shady spot between an ancient

lilac tree and the much younger magnolia.  Inside the wooden smokehouse,

foods of the finest quality are gently caressed by a light haze of cool, fragrant woodsmoke, produced by a lightly smouldering trail of carefully selected sawdust.


After time (depending on the food) the smokehouse is opened and the food is transported to our kitchen where it is hand packed, ready to be brought to you.


Because the Little Smokehouse really is little, we only smoke in

small batches. This means that we can control what’s going on

more easily than a big, automated producer. This

means we can ensure a high quality product.
